We at Conlon & Co pride ourselves on our prompt responsiveness to all client queries. However there are times when unforeseen incidents occur at times when we may not be contactable and an urgent repair is necessary. Your residential tenancy agreement stipulates in Clause 19 what constitutes an urgent repair.
